At Samson Worldwide we provide customized (inter)cultural training programs and consulting for organizations and individuals who work globally and/or relocate internationally. We help them better understand and bridge cultural differences, build trust, and develop intercultural competence in new environments.

Our individual training and consultation sessions or group workshops will equip employees, students and families on international assignments with the tools, knowledge and strategies they need to build successful multicultural relationships.  Our goal is to ensure that our clients adapt without losing their authenticity along the way and thrive in new countries and markets. 

Intercultural Training & Consulting

We inspire, empower, and equip individuals and businesses with the tools, knowledge and strategies they need to boost their intercultural communication competence. We provide customized cross-cultural orientation workshops and individual training sessions to support expats and their partners moving to the U.S. and selected countries in Europe.

Assisting with Relocation

We assist expats and their families settle in the Chicago area and selected European countries ensuring their transition is smooth and enjoyable. We support clients with technical and administrative hurdles as well as offering cultural awareness orientation.

Free 30-minute Consultation

We offer a 30-minute  exploratory  phone or videocall for private individuals (appointment-based only) with questions regarding cross-cultural issues and working/ living in the U.S. and selected European countries.
